ACCESS MATS

Built out of 8” thick timbers, timber mats are used to build cost effective roadways and work areas in unstable environments for all different sizes of equipment.

• 8” x 4’ x 20'

Constructed using 12” thick timbers, Crane or Bridge Mats support the heaviest of equipment.

Used in the pipeline industry, skids help keep pipelines off the ground until they’re ready to be laid in.

                        - full sawn  4” x 6” x 4’

                        - nominal cut  3.5” x 5.5” x 4’

3-Ply Laminated (Truck) Mats are constructed 6” thick, 8’ wide and lengths of 14’ and 16’ and are held together with either nails or bolts. Laminated mats are primarily used for temporary roadways into hard to get to work sites. They can be used as staging and/or work platforms.

• Standard sizes in stock:                         8' x 14' and 8' x 16'

• Mats have minimal wear.
• Timbers and rods are intact.
• Mats may be discolored.

• Mats have more wear and tear than A grade mats & maintain structural integrity and have at least 1-2 uses left if not more
• All rods must be intact; one may be slightly bent or damaged

• Grande will only sell Grade C mats for projects needing a foundation for additional mats or as filler in deep areas. Not recommended for heavy equipment.
